- The system administration reserves the right to accept or reject your registration request based on the information provided.
- Access, once granted, is individual and will last for three months.
- User and Password cannot be shared with other people.
- The user agrees to use the data solely and exclusively for the purpose for which they were requested.
- In no case may the data be used for other purposes, or to be transferred to third parties, institutions or companies.
- Prior to any type of disclosure, the user agrees to share via email to desal+@desalinationlab.com the information that, using the data provided, has resulted as a fruit of their work with them, in order to verify that the terms of use have been respected.
- In the case of publication of works (scientific-technical and/or informative work) with results obtained with the provided data, it is mandatory to include the following sentence: “This work has been possible thanks to the data provided by the DESAL + LIVING LAB platform”.
- The use of data by companies for experimental purposes will have to be collected in a specific non-disclosure agreement.
