Building on the success of previous editions, the 12th World Sustainability Forum (WSF-12) will take place in Hong Kong, bringing together global leaders, researchers, and innovators to address the pressing sustainability challenges of our time, including climate change, extreme weather events, and increasing resource constraints.
The forum aims to bridge science, policy, and society, fostering integrated solutions and cross-sector partnerships that accelerate the transition from vision to action towards a resilient and sustainable future. Particular emphasis will be placed on the role of innovation and collaboration in driving this transition.
Key Themes
The programme will focus on seven main thematic areas:
- Smart and inclusive urban planning and the urban sustainability nexus
